I recently hired Bertos Plumbing to replace a sink and take care of some additional plumbing work, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was prompt, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home—they kept the entire work area incredibly clean. A friend referred me to the Bertos  Plumbing Company to extend the plumbing for the gas dryer.  I am so very GLAD!  The Bertos estimate was less than half of the cost of the previous plumbing company. The worker (Dan?) was completely professional, pleasant, & explained what he was doing when I was watching.  Getting a 4-foot hose was standard, but I requested a 6-foot hose to make cleaning & organizing easier.  They had no problem with that & did not even charge me for the extra length. I will ABSOLUTELY call Bertos Plumbing if my water heater dies in the future.  Dan has already left an open spot to add the pipes for that. Had the chance to work with Bertos plumbing on a major project and I have to leave my opinion here. They were on time, kept the project running smoothly and our client was ultimately satisfied with the work and pricing. Specifically shoutout to Tyler who was on site with me and walked through every aspect of the project. Also to Greg the owner who made sure he worked around our schedule as well to get this job done. Outstanding plumber with reasonable rates. I’ve used this company twice now - once to install a dishwasher and once to repair a broken pipe in the basement. I've used Bertos Plumbing for several projects over the years. A gas furnace installation converting from oil. A bathroom remodel job and a few repairs. And most recently, a gas water heater.
